“The technician arrived promptly and was very knowledgeable about his job. He provided some very helpful information and gave us the green light to use our furnace. I have to say that everyone at Albemarle Heating and Air that I have spoken to is very kind and they don't feel as if they are trying to nickel and dime you to death. We've had several technicians visit our house for different things and I never feel that they are dishonest about their recommendations. Actually each time, the technicians provided me tips on how to resolve the issue in the most cost-effective way possible. They note my account on what has been recommended but never pressure me into any repairs or services. They have a Comfort Club that you can enroll in and save money on repairs or services if performed by them. With enrollment, they visit your house twice a year and inspect and do general maintenance on your furnace as part of the package. It is a great service they offer and its not terribly expensive. Even the billing department was friendly. I called to enroll and they got me set up in a day via email. I am a huge fan of the company and will continue to use them for any of the services they provide.”
