“COLLEGE KIDS FIND OTHER PLACES TO LIVE PLEASE!!! Living in these conditions for 2 years was a truly awful and money wasting experience. The houses are all old and damaged and FILLED with black mold, the rent is so over priced: around $3300 in rent a month total; not including utilties. The A/C units would die and they would give us fans and not fix it, and all of these conditions while trying to be in school is ridiculous. We had to argue with them and Comporium just to get internet(That we were already paying for) and it would crash and ruin our test from home days. And when we moved out we got charged for ridiculous things that already existed in the house before we got there, and even when we tried to spackle and clean, it “wasn’t good enough”. The only reason i would give it 1 star is because the maintenance people try very hard and get over worked, and are very nice people. Either stay on campus or move to 3rd party housing because this company is truly terrible and a severe waste of money.”

When I first moved in there was bugs greeting me telling me hi and it smells like weed all day and the leasing office sucks. They never there and they leave early.
