“Whatever you do, do not listen to all of the people leaving horrible reviews on here. These people are being very dramatic and don’t know what they’re talking about. I have never seen another housing provider that takes such good care of their residents. The maintenance staff is extremely kind and fixes any little problem as quick as they possibly can. When my air conditioning wasn’t working correctly, they had it fixed the next morning. Every single apartment is well taken care of and staff makes sure things are in tip top shape before residents move in. I can honestly tell you that there is no other housing company in Chattanooga that takes better care of their tenants. Like I said, please don’t listen to the one star reviews on here. They’re being written by uneducated tenants who dealt with problems that were their own fault. If y’all think living with Walk2Campus is so bad, go live at Douglas Heights and then let me know how you feel.”
